Return, Exchange, Repair & Warranty

We offer 30 days of full return or exchange on all items, that has not been worn.

We only return the actual purchase of the item and not the shipping cost associated with the purchase.

All items should be returned in their original packaging. You will need to cover the postage fees.

We credit the credit card which was used for the purchase as soon as possible and as the latest 14 days after we receive your package.

We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping.

If you wish to exchange your product, note that you will have to return the product and place a new order.

Warranty and broken items:
We provide 2 years of warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse of the produce or breakage of ordinary wear.

If your necklace or bracelet breaks in most cases we will offer to repair it for a fee.
