We offer 30 days of full return or exchange on all items, that has not been worn.
We only return the actual purchase of the item and not the shipping cost associated with the purchase.
Any free items/gifts from marketing campaigns must be returned if you wish to return an order placed from a marketing campaign. It is not possible to keep a free item and return the order if the requirement for the free item was to purchase something from the website.
If you wish to return a product contact us at email@example.com and then return the product(s) to:
• All items should be returned in their original packaging.
• You will need to cover the postage fees.
• Always ship your package with a tracking number
• We recommend that you ship with GLS because they have Shop Delivery. In case GLS can't deliver the package to our address they will use the closest shop to deliver your package.
We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping.
We credit the credit card which was used for the purchase as soon as possible and as the latest 14 days after we receive your package.
If you wish to exchange your product, note that you will have to return the product and place a new order.

We provide 2 years of warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse of the produce or breakage of ordinary wear.
